When should I order?+
At least 7 days before your move-in date. Pre-orders are open now for Semester 1, 2027 arrivals, and you can change your delivery date for free up to 3 days before.
Where do you deliver?+
Free delivery to student accommodation across metropolitan Melbourne, including Parkville, Carlton, the CBD, Clayton, Burwood and Bundoora.
What if I arrive late at night?+
We deliver before your move-in date, so your kit is waiting at reception or in your room when you arrive, whatever time you land.
Which bed size should I choose?+
Most purpose-built student rooms in Melbourne use King Single beds. If you're not sure, choose “Not sure” and we'll confirm with your accommodation before delivery.
My room is unfurnished. Can I get a bed?+
Yes. Sleep Ready and DayOne Complete let you add a bed frame and mattress in your size. We deliver and assemble it before you arrive, and arrange room access with you and your accommodation.
My accommodation already provides some items. Do I still get them?+
No. On every kit you can untick anything your room already has, so you only get what you need.
Can I ask for something that isn't in a kit?+
Yes. Use the “Need something else?” box, for example for a rice cooker or a particular pillow. We'll check availability, suitability and price, and confirm with you before adding anything.
Can I get help in Chinese?+
Yes. Our team speaks English and Mandarin. Reach us by email or WeChat before and after you arrive.
What if something isn't right?+
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days, and faulty items are always replaced for free. See our delivery & returns page for details.
